Great Outfits: Anna Kendrick

Anna is cute in a strapless fuchsia cocktail dress, which works with her dark hair color.

Kendrick chose a single-shoulder Jenny Packham ruffled gown with a cluster of rosettes at the waist; she accessorized with a sparkling Swarovski clutch and diamond jewelry.

I love this look. It gives her curves surprisingly.

Anna gets back into her sweet style in a strapless lilac number paired with a metallic clutch and Jimmy Choo silver zipper heels.

Anna Kendrick sparkled on the red carpet wearing a Talbot Runhof Fall 2009 black asymmetrical one sleeve sequin-mini dress. This dress sure does put you in the festive spirit with the red and white studs which add a bit of colour to this cute/sexy mini. She completed her look with Stella McCartney heels.

Anna wears a gorgeous tiered organza Paule Ka dress with gathered detail at the hip. She finished the look with pink sapphires from Cartier. I detest her black tights and heels. But the dress is so lovely that I won't deny her kudos.

Anna added Cartier diamonds and "Nina" Jimmy Choo sandals to her ethereal tiered embroidered J. Mendel dress.

Anna wears an Elie Saab black knit gown. I didn't like this at first look, but I am warming to it. You can barely make out the lace details on the skirt of the gown. My only problem with this gown is the double straps, because it looks like she’s wearing a strappy vest top under her gown.

Anna wore an embroidered one shoulder tulle column Marchesa gown with a beautiful ruffle bodice. She wore her gown with Christian Louboutin pearl satin pumps, Cartier jewels, a Judith Leiber clutch, Sergio Rossi heels and a chic tousled bun.

Anna wears a lovely purple Alberta Ferretti confection with a bustier bodice and swirling chiffon.

Why was her Emilio Pucci mini so shapeless, and why does it have an illusion insert going down the sides? Major disappointment for me, but her gold Jimmy Choo’s were cute though as was the gold detailing on the dress.

Anna chose an organza top and satin skirt from Gianfranco Ferre; she accessorized with a gold metallic Jimmy Choo "Tube" clutch and Jimmy Choo "Frost" sandals.

Anna accented her spectacular embellished Elie Saab Couture gown with a Judith Leiber clutch and Neil Lane jewelry. Her white strapless gown is accented with circular appliqués and hints of crystals cascading down her gown.

Anna wows me when she’s wearing gowns, I’m yet to fall in love with her wearing a cocktail dress. Even though she does look cute in this Louis Vuitton Spring 2010 mini dress her look confuses me. The dress says sexy and edgy, whilst the hair tells a less adventurous story. A council estate face-lift would have been more appropriate with this look (a tightly pulled back ponytail.

Anna gave her soft blue Alberta Ferretti dress some edge with a studded brown belt. Her dress is perfect for spring and I just love her Sergio Rossi scalloped slingback pumps which matched her baby blue dress.

Anna looked pretty in pink in an off-the-shoulder, hand-draped Elie Saab Couture gown, which featured a delicate applique at the bust and a slit lined with chantilly lace. The best supporting actress nominee arrived glowing in a Elie Saab Spring 2010 Couture gown, which she wears off-the-shoulder. I adore this draped gown with a cap sleeve and delicate appliqué at the bust. This collection had many thigh-high splits. Anna’s is less revealing and is lined with feminine chantilly lace to finish off the romantic look. After some uncharacteristic hiccups, the young actress picked a winner for the big night. Her dress was paired with matching pink Sergio Rossi heels.

What I like most about this look is the rosette appliqués and feathered detail at skirt.
